As a Local Authority maintained school we rely on the generosity and support of local businesses and individuals to support our school budget.  Since the introduction of the new funding formula we have seen significant cuts to our school budget despite an increase in our school roll.  More information regarding these cuts can be found at https://schoolcuts.org.uk/#!/schools?postcode=de7%208dx  The website shows that we will have a £52,654 loss between 2015 and 2020.   Quite simply, without the generosity of local businesses and individuals we would not be able to continue to offer the enrichment and events which take place within our school.  Sponsorship of our leavers service is pivotal as a recognition of the achievements of our students in particular subject areas. Sponsors choose subject areas and award prizes to individuals to acknowledge their excellence or success in a particular subject area.  We are very grateful for their support of our school and acknowledge this below.
