What an amazing start to our new topic. Can’t believe we are now in the last term - the year is just flying by. We have begun with a dissection of a heart. We saw all the chambers, felt inside arteries and veins and even pulled on the heart strings. Looking forward to what else we will be doing.
We have continued to learn about our circularatory system. This week we have learnt about different blood groups and some have even learnt which one they are. We are mainly O and A. This information has then been represented in a pie chart.
We are also learning about William Harvey and will be writing his biography.
We have been investigating how many worms are underground. Lots of fun was had using a variety of strategies including music, stamping on the ground and mustard!
